Can i choose specific delivery date & time?
We can accommodate to delivery at any dates. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver at a specific time, however you can choose various delivery time slots : 9am – 12pm , 12pm – 6pm and 6pm – 9pm.
Do you provide same-day deliveries?
Yes we do! However, it is subjected to our delivery availability. For more information, please contact us directly.

Will the flowers I order look exactly the same as the photos shown?
Exact flower arrangement of flowers will not be possible although we will try our utmost to duplicate what’s shown in the photos. Pictures are strictly for illustrative purposes only. Please understand that some flowers are seasonal and will be substituted in the case where it’s unavailable. We will try our best to accommodate to your preferences. You can always contact us if you already have something in mind. We’ll be happy to help!
What if i need fresh flowers urgently?
You can give us a call about the availability of the flowers we have on that day so that you would not make a wasted trip down! If you do not have any preferences, we can design it for you based on our experience using what we have in stock.
How do i know my order has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have review your order. Please give us some time to get back to you!
Can i make changes to my orders?
Yes you can. Please contact us as early as possible either through email (email@example.com) or phone (+65 62888954) so that we can make the amendments for you!
What payment mode do you accept?
We have 2 kinds of payment mode :
Credit card(Phone order)
Unfortunately, we don’t accept payment by cash as we would need you to make the payment first before we can process your order.
Can i cancel my order after i made my payment?
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancel. We suggest you to postpone the delivery date instead. Please contact us 2 working days in advance from the initial delivery date.
